Our three furnished apartments are in Fidjrossè, Cotonou (Benin), near the beach. Apartments 1 and 2 form a house with a shared courtyard and a shared jacuzzi, near the Bénin Petro / Oryx station. Apartment 3 is on the 2nd floor of a building, even closer to the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to reach Cotonou airport and 5 minutes to reach Route des Pêches.
Rates go down as your stay gets longer. Apartments 1 or 2: 95,000 FCFA for 1 night, 85,000 FCFA per night from 2 nights, 980,000 FCFA for 2 weeks and 1,600,000 FCFA per month (excl. tax). Apartment 3: 75,000 FCFA for 1 night, 68,000 FCFA per night from 2 nights, 785,000 FCFA for 2 weeks and 1,280,000 FCFA per month (excl. tax). Whole house (Apartments 1 + 2): 170,000 FCFA for 1 night, 150,000 FCFA per night from 2 nights, 1,730,000 FCFA for 2 weeks and 2,800,000 FCFA per month (excl. tax).

Every apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix, an equipped kitchen, parking and a caretaker. Apartments 1 and 2 also share an outdoor jacuzzi (about 2 hours per day included, on reservation), a swing set, a private terrace and a 24/7 security guard. Apartment 3 has a balcony. It has no jacuzzi or washing machine.
No, the jacuzzi is shared between Apartments 1 and 2. Each apartment gets about 2 hours of free use per day, on reservation with our team. Apartment 3 has no jacuzzi.
Each apartment hosts up to 5 guests. For a larger group, the whole house brings Apartments 1 and 2 together under one roof.
